Current Reading

Fabulous book I’m reading. The author does a series of Kayak journeys along the western seaboard of the British Isles. The kayak parts are interesting but what’s really superb is, the history culture and poetry of the areas that the author passes through and highlights. He also makes some good points about how we have some to see these places as remote or isolated purely because we look at things through ‘urban’ biased eyes. (Unless you live in one of these places, of course…)
