Vegan Basil Pesto

I'm having one of those days where I feel completely apathetic to everything. Those days just stealthily creep up on me, like when you accidentally have the break on one wheel of the trolley and your having to try really hard to do a tiny bit without realising why. Did manage to get up in the am rather than pm and had a walk round the local shops though. B insisted I try some of his pesto - it's amazing tasty actually!
