Mr and Mrs

The purpose of our visit to Peebles today was to meet sister-in-law A and discuss the forthcoming wedding, taking various items we had used for B&S's wedding, similarly a DIY event. The bunting that I promised was discussed and decisions made, so my next task is to join together those chosen flags into useable lengths.

We them repaired to Dawyck Botanic Garden for lunch and a wander round, seeing  a pair of pheasant doing much the same thing.

Although too far away for photos, we passed a few fields with Spring lambs - new tottering ones and more adventurous dashing-about-in the-playground ones - all so welcome, and more to come.

We were lucky with the weather, which was sunny and cold but now clouded over with a north wind.
