Lady Hamilton

This is one strong positive lady. She has endured the hardest of lockdowns with her husband who was told to sheild. Throughout it they were very strong.

Sadly, 3 weeks ago she lost him. She has been brave, she has shown leadership for her family and supported all those who have come to her to grieve.

A walk today showed no signs of cracks, she grows stronger. She hadn't known about the tribute to the Queen Mother at the Botanics.

The Shell House reminds me of coating tissue boxes in plaster of paris and covering them in shells. I used these boxes as jewellery boxes, or trinket boxes. I was about 9 or 10. Sweet memories.
