Breakfast
So I have managed to lose a stone so far with my healthy eating diet. It feels great, but I can’t get complacent as there’s another half a stone to go and that’s the tough fat around my waist and organs. My BMI is down to 24 from almost 27 and my other health indicators are all improving.
These are almond pancakes from the ubiquitous Michael Moseley’s keto book served with Greek yoghurt and berries. Definitely a favourite.
