On the Dock of the Bay

There are flower beds overlooking the marina and bay at Garibaldi; I took a few photos after we launched the boat and my husband drove it to our slip. We have company from Utah coming tomorrow and we wanted to have the boat ready for crabbing. I don't know the family who is coming; my husband has worked with the husband, and they have traveled to China together. I am sure we will enjoy ourselves with this young family; I am used to entertaining families I don't know, we have some lovely friendships after a time at the beach house.  The relationships developed while living together and sharing meals are priceless.
