2022 Thursday — The Park Pond

A walk in the park after dinner -- we had homemade tacos for dinner and then we grabbed the leashes and harnesses put them on the pups, grabbed our sweatshirts and headed to the car.

On the way, we decided to walk in Cloisters Park in Morro Bay. We thought it might be slightly warmer and not as windy as the back bay; not a chance! So we pulled tight the strings on our hoodies and walked into the wind; the pups (who did not have sweatshirts), loved it!

Cloisters has some interesting history. Years ago a classy hotel was in this location. I often ask Mr. Fun when we are in this park, "Wouldn't you like to see the Cloisters Hotel?" And of course his answer is "Yes."

So the park this evening is where we saw the ducks. Chloe & Mitzi think the ducks are the highlight of Cloisters Park.
