Got bored so picked up my bread-making book and found a complicated recipe which involves 3 knock-backs over 9 hours and a baking process which the book says is very difficult to get the rustic crust in a conventional oven.
I took this as a challenge, as I like to prove (pun intended) instruction books wrong. I added in my own idea of chopped up olives at the third knock-back and still managed the "difficult" getting-the-rustic-looking-crust.
Quite proud of it really.
Now settling down for the third round of the Masters Golf
