Boys and their toys!

Son Alex has been anticipating the arrival of his new van all week and having got it yesterday he called in this morning to show it to us.

He is a service engineer for an industrial boiler company and can have long journeys to make every week so I’m very pleased he has got the use of a new, reliable van. (During lockdown he actually had Key worker status as he was often working in food supply factories or hospitals maintaining boilers)

Non of this is particularly silly but I do find it amusing that the ‘boys’ got in it to discuss all it’s whistles and bells and stayed in there for a good while. I did go and admire it’s clean seats and fresh smell but I think the fascination is a man thing!
