Off for a Durdle

I was so excited.  
We're all going Durdling they said.
They said we were going to see a Muriel.
Again, exciting.  I love meeting new people.

Typically, as with all the Wretched One's doings,
She dressed up having a Covid test with a tangled web of fabrications.
There was no Muriel, nor any cliff top walking to do the Durdlings.
There was a hospital carpark and a mural on a wall.

I tried to make the best of a very disappointing situation.
