Cock Pheasants do battle

On my afternoon walk with Stanley, we came across to cock pheasants displaying to each other and seeking dominance. This went on for sometime and continued in front of us for about 400 meters. Eventually, they crossed into another field when a car threatened to run them over, which gave me an opportunity to get a little closer to capture some of the action.
Slightly warmer today with occasional showers. Jazz workshop this morning serious rehearsal mode for our coming gig.
