Graduation day - at last!

In March 2020, our eldest daughter and her fellow student friends abruptly left their lives at the University of Leeds and completed their final dissertations in a national lockdown. They should have graduated that summer. Two years later, they were finally re-united  to celebrate their graduation! What an amazing day it was...and very emotional. We had honestly thought that they would not get a graduation and were so pleased that the University did not forget about them and put on the most wonderful event. It was very cold but the sun came out after the ceremony for their photos. The building behind my daughter in this photo was her faculty. We were such proud parents. Well done Meggy BA (Hons) - first class degree in Journalism 2020.
