Separating the chaff.....

We had a very lazy day today, the high point of which, was having what Doris deemed to be an 'inappropriate' cake.

In my opinion, cake can only ever be incredibly appropriate, but Doris has his own (bizarre) opinions on such things.

Just last week, we had 'off piste' scallops, and tomorrow there's promise of 'round the houses' buffalo mozzarella!

I have absolutely no idea what it all means ... but it's like living in a Michelin starred restaurant, so I'm keeping my mouth firmly shut.

Apart from when I'm eating inappropriate cake, obviously.....
