Shopping trip

Shes sharing a room with cousin Abi and is very excited. She woke up pretty early and took herself to practice piano (they have an electric one). Bassoon when it was more reasonable-o-clock. Waffles with lots of toppings. Aunty Kay, Katie, Abi, Emily all took Uncle Chris to aldi. Everyone survived. I'm not entirely clear why they all went!

This afternoon they took a trip into London to an event Tom's band were playing at, supporting females in the stage tech industry. She absolutely loved getting to hear him play. They got home about 7, where Chinese was the final plan of the day.

In other matters, we got her end of term report. Clean sweep of top effort grades and a near straight As, plus brilliant comments from her games teacher and tutor. Great job!

And finally, today I got to see Katie's video from Thursdays solo performance. She was fabulous, very proud mama.
