Birmingham Big Bake

Spent a lovely day with M, H, and M's friend A taking part in the Birmingham Big Bake ( like the TV programme Bake Off) when we up against other groups of people we had the task of making a Spring surprise cake we were given all the ingredients and we could choose what flavours we wanted to make and then we could either make a bunny, dog or hedgehog topper we had 1 hour and 10 minutes to make, bake and decorate the cake well me and H were up against M and A (as well the others) with 5 minutes to go mine and H's cake still had no icing or decoration but we made it just as the horn blew for the end. Sadly we didn't win but we had a lovely time together we then went for a meal at Wildwood before M and A went on to Coventry for an ice hockey game and me and H came home.
