counting down

but we still have just over two weeks here and, particularly, whilst the weather stays like this, we are going to make the most of it.

warmth.....!!

three of us gardened this morning to clear the veg patch for planting. the little one meanwhile careered around the garden grinning at his freedom and one of us purported to garden but had to have numerous rests due to being "too hot", "too tired", "too thirsty", "too much in need of stretching her legs" and, the best excuse "too dirty".

we had lunch outside and then a long walk this afternoon to try and run off some of the pent up anxiety.
