Last resort.

No internet. Some sort of fault. Only way to blip is with phone cam!
Fortunately the sunset from the landing window provided a little glimmer of light.
Otherwise an annoying day. Pain. Tiredness. Hot flushes ...which shouldn't be happening. This is slower and more complicated than I expected.

Frustration and annoyance at my parental failings. Angry at myself for being angry.

Sleep soon...its the only way to avoid getting any more upset.
