Double figures

A wild night and a wild day. Molly and I kept each other company as the wind howled and the rain battered the windows. It kept raining till mid afternoon but perfect weather for today's plan - painting my room, Timeless, the colour I wanted throughout the house but I'm glad now I stick with Jake's White. The room is done and my hair is full of paint.

I discovered I have enough material from my flat curtain and also blackout fabric to make a blind so that's another plan - two sets of curtains and a Roman blind. plenty to do and still not touching the garden but today angry cat on the window got to 12 degrees, whoopee!
