Found this in my church newletter this morning. Stood out to me a lot as it's about relaxing and I know it's something I seem to struggle with - always needing to be busy to feel productive. Nice when something is so fitting and makes a lot of sense. Just need to try and put this into practice.

Having said that I had a a nice day in town with my mum and sister. We had lunch out and did some shopping. My sister was looking for hat accessories for a friends wedding and I was looking at the arty stuff (of course) pricing mounts, frames etc for a few pictures for the stall on saturday. I also got an adult bus pass. I don't like being an adult, it's expensive :P
