In other news, I spotted a job advertised on 23rd March, the closing date for applications was 6th April and so I have spent these last ten days working on a complex application. Today, finally ready to submit the application and the closing date has now been reset to 19th April. Presumably then, they have not already received a tsunami of suitable applicants. Long may that continue, though it is disappointing that it will delay the date by which I might expect to hear anything back from them.
