The joy of a lovely bike ride with my dad and sister was soon forgotten when I found out about the sudden passing of one of my best mates.

Neil you were an amazing friend and I feel honored to have known you for the majority of my life. The instant we would meet up I'd be smiling and laughing, I'm going to miss you mate.

Gone far too soon at the age of just 43
