Fly tipping

A regular and depressing activity in our lane, however apart from being a vandal this one is stupid. There’s the packaging from a mail order item with his name and address on it.
The detail photographs have gone to the local authority who are taking a tough line on fly tippers. Could have been a lot cheaper taking it to the recycling centre.
