Ballingham Walk
We didn't get in from our neighbours until 12.45am and it was well gone 1am before I got to sleep, and thus we enjoyed a good lay in!
After buying some bags of compost and plants we headed to Ballingham a few miles out of Ross on Wye towards Hereford following the course of the River Wye to do a walk starting at Ballingham Church (link is my aerial photo' of it) It was only supposed to take 90 minutes but getting lost and chatting it was a good 2 hours! The sun was out which enhanced the beautiful scenery as we walked along the River Wye. The blipfoto is of the Old Ferrie House on the opposite bank of the River Wye to Ballingham. There was a bench and jetty from days gone by whilst waiting for the ferryman which I sat on to take the photograph.
