Hot Vegetable Casserole

A bit of a quiet day. My husband went to the  annual indoor meeting of the  Hampshire  Ornithological  Society which  is always a good occasion. I didn't go as yesterday I still tested strongly Covid positive. However apparently I wasn't alone and others  also couldn't go for the same reason.  So the house  got a spring clean and I  attended (virtually) the  AGM of HF Holidays of which I am a member. It is a cooperative organisation and it seems very well run. The  AGM was very professionally managed too;  which is always a relief!        
This  evening I made vegetable  casserole, with plenty of hot paprika. Its a good way to use up odd vegetables  lurking in the fridge!
