Blossom for the bees

Caught this blip in the short spell of sun today.  The blossom was humming with bees but they were blipping elusive.

Had a jay visit twice this morning.  There is more bird activity lately.  Yesterday morning was delighted to see a sparrow with nesting material in its beak in the front garden.

Shocking news in Ukraine.  Russian military behaviour staight from the cruel authoritarian handbook.  Horrific.
