Technicolour Dinner.

Blipping has been on a par with dinner and the rest of the day - confused but worked in the end.
 
I’m not sure how I got there, but we wound up with two versions of experimental red cabbage, which is two shades of purple, plus red carrots, leeks etc with the usual stuff.
 
One cabbage experiment was freezing it (after a long soak in brine/salty water), and the other was a baked red cabbage and apple concoction that  Mrs W had a go at years ago and froze the excess without labelling it - found it today and had to thaw it out to find out what it was!  Both were a success.
 
Anyway, that will have to do for today.
