More pesto

Graham and our grandchildren picked some of the wild garlic growing in our garden today for me to make some more pesto and here it is! I made 3 jars from this lot. Graham saw some wild garlic in the Farmers Market in Canterbury yesterday, £2.40 for 100 grams! It’s all the rage apparently! Caspar was quite keen on the idea of making some money and took some home with him. I’m not sure who he’s going to sell it to though. :-) I think he just likes the idea of it!
