TINO

It was rather cold and windy today but we did have a lot of sunshine.  Took some shots of Tino as he sat on the windowsill in the sun and then when he moved to sit on the TV unit.  These seemed to be the best of the bunch. 

Spent the day at home - mostly indoors.  More tidying - and a lot of ironing.

Watched the match on my computer this afternoon.  Newcastle were playing away against Spurs.  Newcastle were OK in the first half and scored a goal after 39 mins.  However 4 mins later Spurs got an equaliser.  So at half time the score was 1 - 1 with everything to play for in the second half.  Unfortunately Newcastle were terrible in the second half.  " A shambles " was how Toon legend Alan Shearer described their performance. The final score was Spurs 5 Newcastle 1. So best thing to do is draw a line and look forward to the next match.  Its a home game on Friday evening against Wolves. Fingers crossed for 3 points. 

Neil messaged to say that they landed safely at Palm Beach and got to where they are staying around midnight.  He couldn't sleep due to jet lag so he was up early and went for a wander around the area. He was hoping to be able to watch the Newcastle match.
