Quiet Sunday

Mostly spent with daughter J, helping her with a few things. Notably trying to video food prep so she can put little reels on her coaching Instagram. That led to a few comedy moments. It also led to me pulling out my heap of clippings and hand written recipes, which had been bundled in a cupboard since we moved. Feel a little cooking mojo coming on!

Blip is the nearby beach, along which I walked to the shop, not a bad route! Sorry am all behind with journals, weekend has flown!
