Brownie with a Rocher

Made brownies again, a bit dry but rescued with a Rocher of ice cream.

A Rocher you say?
I saw a TV cooking show in which it was explained that a Quenelle is made using two spoons (and hence two hands), while a Rocher is made using only one spoon
(and hence.....)

I need more practice.
