A table!

Well half of it anyway. I got bored with tidying my desk and so thought I’d have a go at cleaning my old kitchen table. I’m pleased with the results so far.

The table is pretty old and the stain in the middle is from when it was in my mothers shed and I built an engine for my Morris 1000 on it in…1968! Then it came indoors at some point and it was used to build models hence the many saw cuts to the edge.

It has certainly done good service. I think it might be in need of a good wax to feed the dry wood and to help preserve it.
