Wet.

Very wet walk this morning, and no facilities to deal with it in this new house! Oh well, at least it doesn’t matter with the state this place is in.

Busy day today. We decided to buy a new kitchen base unit to see us through until the new kitchen is in. The old unit was so filthy I just couldn’t face cleaning it. We also decided to get rid of the cooker (same reason as the base unit). J disconnected the cooker and loaded it onto the drive, he was just about to ring the council to arrange collection when there was a knock at the door, someone wanted the cooker! Yay! Good result, it saved us the £50 the council would charge to take it away. Result!
