Curtains

My wonderful friend Felicity drove over 100 kms to visit me today. She brought lots of old curtains to see what would suit my windows. This pair was chosen for the bedroom. Will now have to sort out some poles and fixings.

It was so lovely to see her and hear some of her news. You don’t have theses easy conversations with everyone.

Such a cold day, but had to stay in anyway, fitting curtains.

She said she liked the house and garden, thinking it far bigger than expected (or wanted by me). Lots of scope for change. She even designed a new kitchen.
