Lunch

I met some of my former work colleagues for lunch in Glasgow this afternoon. Our venue was not, sadly, the Rogano restaurant - now no more apart from this splendid mural - but the rather more down-to-earth surroundings of the Bon Accord bar.

Pea and ham soup (no chickens were harmed in its preparation!) followed by steak pie, chips and peas all for the princely sum of £7.95. A fine pint of 'proper' beer added to the enjoyment.
