Fairburn Ings RSPB after the flood

This is what the floods left behind the other week when we had the heavy rainfall. You can see how deep it was. Good job the visitor centre is built on stilts.

Did a dog walk round the grounds today with Molly as it's very flat, she's not too good, not eating as she should, although she did eat quite a bit of mushed up cooked chicken breast this afternoon which was a relief and she has had some sausage tonight.

I didn't do anything outside or in the greenhouse today but I did give the cooker hob a good clean and the kitchen tops a bit more than just a wipe down. 
I went round to the postbox to post a birthday card this afternoon, it was quite pleasant out, at least it was dry but it's been very windy today.
