Holy Rhubarb!

I haven't even planted my garden yet and I have rhubarb coming out my ears! Today I noticed that it even has those bulbs on it that grow when the plant is too full of rhubarb and some needs to be taken off. Sheesh! I guess we can live on rhubarb if the economy gets too bad.... rhubarb pie, rhubarb crisp, rhubarb bread. :) The possibilities are endless!
