Darker earlier
Now we’re back to NZST (New Zealand Standard Time) sunsets happen early enough for blipping. This one was a cracker and came at the end of a day of glimpses of warm sunshine between rapid showers.
More apples dehydrated. More wood split. More grass line-trimmed. A couple of overgrown kanuka trees cut back. A heap of canes stuck into the ground to mark where I’ll plant a new area with native trees. And a good walk with Bean.
The new alternator for the car has got tied up with the lack of freight truck drivers due to Covid, so I remain carless for another day.
