There goes the neighbourhood. A flyer landed in the letterbox last week - 6 glossy pages promoting a new “community hub” adjacent to the station, wider footpaths, a reduced number of traffic lanes, new pedestrian crossings and an outdoor dining precinct next to the highway.

I wish I’d kept the artist’s impression.
