I Can Do It!!!

I went for a walk first thing with Kathryn. I nipped in the sun bed shop for a little too up…I just want a bit of colour before I go away next month.

I bought a weighted hula hoop last week and have tried to no avail to master it. One of the girls at work suggested a different way for me to stand and, YAHOO, it worked! I have been hula hooping until my sides ached. I was determined to to do it.
