They are the linemen for the county

A bit of excitement in front of the house this morning when this lorry parked outside.  There is a path across the parkland in front of us which is intended for emergency vehicles so has removable bollards at each end.  Today the men that came with the lorry painted dotted white lines, a picture of a bicycle and the word 'END' at each end of the path.  I guess we can't complain if cyclists use it then.
