The older I get, the harder it is to get out of bed when our bedroom is still dark because the sun is in hiding

It stayed in hiding until almost mid day but it was too late to get some heat into one’s bones.

Good news is that Sue will be joining us on Friday for the weekend instead of driving all the way north on Saturday by herself.

The other good news is that I now have all the gifts for both Arnie and wee Mags wrapped, and menu planning sorted.

Just three sleeps to go before we are on our way.
