Today was memorable for a robin being rescued, having been found sitting on the path up to Redhall View which is much frequented by dogs. It was brought inside and put in a box. We called the SSPCA and the officer came out and examined the bird which was found not to be hurt, and was then taken outside and encouraged to fly. On the second attempt it flew upwards and sat on the wall, looking quite the thing, so it was a success story. 

Things went less well with the technology with a few unsuccessful attempts at getting back onto Teams. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day.
