Stepping out

The rain cleared mid morning leaving a good wind for drying washing outside.

I left a footprint on the step as I went inside.

A challenging day at work yet again.

Took an extended lunch break and spent time walking Roo, thinking about my core values and doing stitch meditation to calm my restless mind
