Catch and Save

It might seem like all we do is blow bubbles; although it is a short activity, it seems like a good time to take a photo. That is why you have another bubble photo. This time Ellie wasn't intent on popping them; she was trying to catch the big ones on the blowing wand. She was excited to catch one without popping it. It was lovely weather and fun to be outside.

My last physical therapy appointment for my hip was today; the therapist declared my hip as doing well, and he thinks my continued pain is caused by my back and/or my other hip. I have made bad decisions about taking care of my physical well-being. ;-((  I must do better.
