Above the Whau Estuary mudflats

It was a long day. Arrived at the unit before 0730, and left the community centre close to 1700. Very little down time in between. On the way home I stopped near Ken Maunder Park on edge of the Whau Estuary. For a walk and a photo. Very pleased to see the little black shag (Kawau Tui).
