Coffee time

Cheltenham shopping today as Jayne wanted a few things and as the town has a good selection of shops we opted for there over Solihull.

Firstly though I attended Warfarin clinic for my INR reading but it has soared so I’m off the tablets for a couple of days, then a reduced dose before going back again on Friday.

Cheltenham quite busy with shoppers but a noticeable reduction in the numbers wearing face masks so is this a factor in the soaring case numbers?

Coffee and hot chocolate with oat milk and a shared fruit scone in John Lewis towards the end of our little expedition.
