More Ukrainian delicacies today. Marinated herring covered with chopped onion, cooked and grated potato then covered with cooked grated beetroot. All layered and mixed with mayonnaise dressing. Herring under the duvet.
I am glad they feel happy in my kitchen and preparing their favourites dishes.
