Rain Russian Roulette...

I played and lost this morning!!! Showers were on the forecast and I needed to get out for a little walk and thought I'd timed it right... I was wrong! Little drowned rat by the time I got home!! Oops!

But it was a nice head clearing kind of walk! Saw quite a few goldfinches including this one by the station, and the egret was the only one braving low tide at the creek!

More sunshine and blustery showers about this afternoon - hoping my garden pots are getting the rain they need to save me another job!
