Dog Leap Stairs

It’s a street name that conjured up an era: Lindisfarne, Fog on the Tyne & being a student in Newcastle in the 70’s
I have come down those steps, but not climbed them
They’re not as tall as I remember despite the perspective here
Photographed today on a walk down from Northumberland Street to the Quayside (via Grey Street & Side of course) to finish off our trip to Newcastle that was a belated celebration of my birthday.
