Peckish

One of my regular guests at the food table is this Great spotted woodpecker. Nobody else is around when he arrives, I guess you don't mess with a beak like that.

My 24h blood pressure monitoring was a bit disappointing, It seems I have slightly higher numbers than is good for me. Nothing alarming, I have to wait till I see the doctor to decide what and if something needs to be done about it.

Really depressing weather today, it tried to snow a bit but decided cold rain was what we needed so it's been an indoor day where I've had some practical things done, like fastening a cupboard in my bathroom. I do look forward to some warmer weather though, I need to spend time outside.
